1. Payment

ForPalestine ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, all VISA payment cards, all Mastercard payment cards and ApplePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item has been dispatched. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and include VAT. ForPalestine ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

2. Delivery

ForPalestine ApS' packages are sent every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (if the order is placed before 2pm on a weekday). Packages are delivered under normal circumstances within 1-4 business days. Parcels in Denmark are sent with GLS.

3. Right of complaint

3.1. The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to goods purchases. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us of this as soon as possible.

    3.2. If the complaint is justified, we will take care of the shipping costs using our free return method. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember the receipt for dispatch so that you can prove that the item has been sent to us.

    3.3. If you want to advertise a product, you must contact our customer service at Support@forpalestine.dk and send pictures that clearly show what you are advertising about. If the complaint is justified, you will be informed about the further process in the correspondence with customer service.

    We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

    1. Return of goods and return in connection with complaints

      It is easy and quick to return your goods with these 4 steps:

    4.1. contact us at support@forpalestine.dk and inform us about which products must be returned, as well as order a return label.

    4.2. Pack your goods and the return form securely. Make sure the products are neatly folded as when you received them.

    4.3. Drop off the parcel at your nearest parcel shop.

    You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is packed properly and that it is delivered correctly to a parcel shop, and that you can subsequently present documentation for delivery in the form of a receipt and tracking number.

    1. Exchange of an item
      We also offer exchanges via contact at support@forpalestine.dk and here we will see what options there are.
    2. Right of withdrawal
      There is a 14-day full right of cancellation/return on unused goods purchased in our Webshop. This right of withdrawal only applies if the item has not been used. If, on the other hand, the goods have been used or have had their commercial sales value reduced in some other way, the rules on depreciation will apply.

    You have 14 days to send the item back from the time you received the item, that you want to regret your purchase. You bear all responsibility for the right of withdrawal. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

    The buyer must ship on his own and at his own expense

    The notice must be given by mail.

    Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport.

    6.1. Use our "contact us" on the website and inform us about which products must be returned, the order number and other necessary information.

    6.2. Pack your goods securely. Make sure the products are neatly folded as when you received them.

    6.3. Drop off the parcel at your nearest GLS parcel shop.

    1. Cancellation of part of the purchase
      If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

    Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

    1. Refund of the purchase amount
      If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, you will not get your money back as it would not be able to be forwarded, i.e. you are liable. We will refund all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase.

    We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that the return has arrived with us. We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

    If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. You may test the product, but not take it into actual use, or remove any forms of packaging.

    3. Discount codes
      Please note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards. Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes, discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
    4. Personal information
      ForPalestine ApS needs certain personal data in order to do business with you and deliver news and other services to you. The company only collects the personal data that is necessary. We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address. The company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about means of payment, e.g. card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.
    5. To whom do we pass on personal data?
      We collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
    6. Cookies
      Our website uses "cookies", which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile or similar for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics and targeting advertisements. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as virus.
